Cancellation Policy

At Morocco Itran Tours, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We are committed to providing flexibility while ensuring that accommodations, transportation, desert camps, local guides, and other travel services are reserved well in advance for our guests.

Please read our cancellation policy carefully before confirming your booking.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once we receive the agreed deposit or full payment (if applicable). Upon confirmation, we immediately begin securing hotels, riads, desert camps, transportation, and other services required for your tour.

Cancellation by the Traveler

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your written cancellation request.

More than 30 Days Before Departure

• Free cancellation.
• Your deposit will be fully refunded, excluding any bank transfer or payment processing fees.

15–30 Days Before Departure

• 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.

7–14 Days Before Departure

• 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.

Less than 7 Days Before Departure

• 100% of the total tour price will be charged, as hotels, desert camps, transportation, and other services have already been confirmed and are generally non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive on the scheduled departure date without notifying us, your reservation will be considered a No-Show, and unfortunately, no refund can be issued.

Changes to Your Booking

We understand that travel plans may change. If you wish to modify your travel dates, itinerary, accommodation, or other tour details, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Changes are subject to:

• Availability
• Supplier policies
• Any price differences

Additional charges may apply if new reservations are required.

Cancellation by Morocco Itran Tours

Although cancellations by our company are extremely rare, Morocco Itran Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Severe weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Government travel restrictions
• Political unrest
• Road closures
• Safety concerns
• Force majeure events

In these situations, we will offer one of the following options:

• Reschedule your tour to another available date.
• Offer an alternative itinerary of equal value whenever possible.
• Refund any payments received for services that cannot be provided.

Please note that Morocco Itran Tours cannot be held responsible for expenses related to flights, visas, travel insurance, accommodation booked independently, or other third-party services.

Force Majeure

Morocco Itran Tours shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, itinerary changes, or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Earthquakes
• Severe weather
• Pandemics or epidemics
• Government regulations
• Airline cancellations
• Road closures
• Political instability
• Labor strikes
• Transportation disruptions

In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange suitable alternatives or reschedule your tour.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please note:

• Bank charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
• Refund processing may take 7–21 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before traveling to Morocco.

Your insurance policy should ideally cover:

• Trip cancellation
• Medical emergencies
• Flight delays or cancellations
• Lost or delayed luggage
• Personal liability
• Unexpected travel interruptions

Travel insurance offers valuable protection in case unforeseen circumstances affect your trip.
